MarketFocus™ – Site Model

Our MarketFocus™ – Site Modeling program provides you with a custom site model to accurately forecast the sales of new locations. By utilizing this system for site selection, you can be sure that your new locations will be high performing ones.

First, we develop a proprietary statistical model specifically for your retail or restaurant chain using historical sales information, as well as site-specific data for existing locations. This data includes, but is not limited to:
